Hi, As stated here; http://www.parallels.com/store/support/virtuozzo/ So I purchased a premium support ticket. After getting the details for the ticket (which can take up to 2 working days) I have submitted my problem. Now that ticket just sits there... hours and hours have passed... Does anyone have some recent experience with the support portal? How long would it normally take for a ticket to get picked up by a support engineer? Tino
