    Dear Customers,
    Since we have a number of cases, when customers applied for support, but haven't received the response within reasonable amount of time, we'd like to correct that injustice as much as possible. If you are unhappy with our technical support service please send me your ticket ID or email, which was registered with Parallels, as shipping\delivery address, via Private messaging (PM) here, so I can find your ticket in our tracking system. Any comments in PM with the current status of your problem will be helpful for me to provide you with the required assistance.
