Parallels, Snow Leopard, Cisco Clean Access

I was wondering if there are any issues using the Clean Access Appliance on a machine with Snow Leopard and Parallels? Any feedback would be helpful. My stepdaughter is in college and they use Clean Access for user verification on the University wireless system. She has had some trouble logging in with Clean Access installed and the IT department told her that the Parallels hooks were causing issues. However, when I called and pressed them on the subject, they admitted that they dont have a lot of Mac experience. Thanks in advance for any help, feedback or suggestions...
