Hi, I have a question about the shared internet application. I use Parallels 5 with my bootcamp partition (win 7 professional x64), and everytime I open task manager there are always the parallels tools and shared internet application. Since I'm trying to tune my VM for a better performace, I want to know what the shared internet application does, and if it would cause unstablity for VM after turning it off. Also is parllels tools just a background application with no options? And is there a way to prevent parallels tools from starting when I'm running win 7 via bootcamp? If someone have suggestions on tunning for a better perforamce I would appreciate if you can share them as well. I'm using MacBook Pro 5,3 standard and runnig win 7 with a seperate space on full screen only, and I've assigned 2GB RAM to parallels together with 256 video mem.
