Parallels Service

Dealing with India for service is not only unpatriotic, taking away American jobs, but a very unpleasant experience. Dumber than dirt folks who barely understand or speak English. And trying to find a specific answer on the Parallels site is very difficult. The site is very cluttered and not user friendly. The product is good but from a business user the poor support and difficult site and a totally full corporation mail box makes me very suspicious that this company may be in trouble with not enough business or too much business to handle.

Won't go away but I'm very disappointed in this company and would not recommend parallels to a business friend without serious cautions about communications. You're basically on your own more or less.
