Parallels Professional Auto Renewal/Can't access the account it's tied to.

    Hello,

    It looks like my credit card was charged for an annual subscription. I checked my personal account but I don't have any active subscriptions.

    When looking under the account information within the Parallels application, the email is tied to my ex-work account which I no longer have access to. I do not want to continue with the subscription but I can't access my ex-work account to cancel.
