    Hello everybody .

I am having kind of nightmare regarding port forwarding of some download programs, especially for Soulseek

I am forwarding the port of Soulseek in my router (on mac side) , but when i check the port if it is open or not , it is showing me an IP address 87.149.185 which is not my IP address .

MY original IP address on my MAC starting with 192.168. .

How can i configure Parallels to have same IP addresses on both systems ?

Once i was successful on doing this, but i had to reinstall Parallels , so i cannot configure it anymore .

Please help me to get out of this nightmare, it is driving me crazy since days

    Thanks a lot

You can make Vm has it's own IP address using Bridged Network mode (but IP would be different from Mac)
You can use Shared network mode - VM would share Mac's network, but you would not be able to connect to Vm directly from outside.
In order to configure Network mode open Vm Configuration > Hardware > Network
