    Hi,

Can you please deactivate my license for my old Mac, I figured by now you had a good way for users to self-manage computer deactivation.

I was not aware of the sign out procedure and have migrated the hard disk over to the new machine.

Please sort this out - I'm currently running on the Trial to so I can continue working...!

    Thanks,
    Wim

Hi WimH2, we have made few changes in the key settings, please restart Parallels Desktop to reactivate and let us know how it works.

    Thanks Paul,

That's worked nicely and is a welcome addition, prompting a user to select their license.

    Cheers,
    Wim
