I have Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac edition and Parallels Mobile app installed on my Itouch. I have followed all the instructions regarding setting up Mobile. I can login on both the computer and Touch with my email and password but when I go to try and access my computer from the Touch, although it finds my Mac and it is named identical to what my registration info shows, I get a message saying incorrect user name/password. I have entered and reentered info countless times. Any suggestions. I have a brand new Macbook OS X.

I uninstalled Parallels Mobile from Touch and reinstalled and followed directions and now it works. Case closed.

Ipod 3rd Gen Mobile Parallels fail

I installed the Parallels app on my ipod and it fails every time, when the windows screen pops up.

I installed it on my friends 4th gen, 64 gb and it worked perfectly.

My macbook pro has parallels 6 and I followed the directions. Basically, I can start windows but I cannot log in even without the app just closing.

Parallels Mobile connectivity is a BIG problem

I'm tearing my hair out. I changed my Parallels password as maybe that was causing problems and now I can't Log On. Message tells me to use my registration email and password. The password shemolzel is very frustrating. Have tried all combinations and nothing works. My Parallels Desktop and Virtual Machine work fine. Is there somebody out there that can help? If you can just walk me through step by step. I've raised a ticket but have no confidence that the support team will provide clear straightforward instructions. Why? Because the error notices just go round in a loop.
