Parallels messes with maximization of program windows in XP.

I just installed Parallels 5 on my Mac, but when I booted into Windows XP not using Parallels, every window I maximized would cover up the Start menu, instead of just leaving it accessible as is the default in Windows. Is this a settings change that Parallels makes in Windows, and if so, how do I reverse it?

 

Right click the Taskbar, then select "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows".
