Parallels keeps telling my license expired

    I continue to get the following error message when I try to launch Parallels: "The product license has not been renewed. Contact your system administrator for assistance."

    However, I recently purchased another license and registered it in my account. Everything is showing as valid in my account and even after removing and reinstalling all Parallels software I still get this error message. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hello, did you reactivate/re enter your new license to your Parallels Desktop app?

    Yes, I did use a Parallels Desktop for Business before. But I dropped that and bought a new parallels license. I'd like to use it, and get my toolbox tools back as well. :(
