Using 4.038..Mac version Parallels Desktop. System asked to create auto snapshot. I selected NO but it started creating anyway. It never stopped trying to create so after 15 minutes, I forced quit. When the restarted Parallels it went back to the same place it was last time and I had a blank screen with spinning bars on the logo in the dock. Solution?
