Parallels forgets XP settings

    I like to use XP's Quick Launch (QL) bar. Everytime I open up Parallels, QL is gone I add it, but the next time I boot, ZL isn't there. Is this a known issue?
    In addition, parallels freezes alot.
    I have a MacBook 2 GNZ Intel Core 2 Duo with 1GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
