Parallels for macOS 12 (M1) - Where is Actions Menu?

    I'm trying to Re-Install VM Tools on my VM. I'm running a MacOS 12.4 VM on my client Mac, which is also running 12.4.

    I found this article https://kb.parallels.com/111730 but can not find where the actions menu is. All I can find is this:
