parallels desktop mac bought in 2021

Hello,
I bought my Parallel Desktop licence in 03/2021. I did not use it for years.
Now I want to use it, it says the licence has expired. What does it mean ?
It was not a time limited buy.
Please, how can I do ?

Hi, now I see I have bought Parallels desktop 17 for mac on the 19 september 2021. And I cannot register this licence.

I have been updating to parallels desktop 17, and entered my 17 key : does not work.
when I go to my account on parallels site, and enter my licence key, I have a strange message : "your licence is on the black list" !!!
what is this ?
please help !!!
