Hello, I have been trying to see my usb hard drive in my windows screen. I can connect and see the icon for the usb hard drive on the mac desktop but I can never connect inside the windows screen. It always says it's being used by another device. I co to devices and scroll down to the usb devices and only see external hard drive but no name is shown for it. I don't know what else to do as I have tried everything everyone has suggested. Are there better step by step instructions? please help....
