I have purchased a permanent Licene for Parallels Desktop for Mac 11 some years ago. When I yesterday configured my new Computer, I first de-activated the PD for MAC 11 on the Old PC. But when I tried to register PD for MAC 11 with the same key on the New PC, I was told this key is already registered and I should purchase a new key. I am reluctant to do that because I own a permanent licence, which MUST be transfereable to a new computer. What can I do?
