    I am writing to request an urgent refund for an unwanted automatic renewal of my Parallels Desktop subscription.
    • Issue: My subscription was automatically renewed today, [ December 5, 2025], and the payment was processed.
    • Reason for Refund: I am no longer using the Parallels Desktop software and did not intend to renew my subscription for another year. I have not used the software since the renewal.
    • Payment Method: The payment was processed via PayPal.
