Hi, please highlight the process, click Quit Process, and choose the Force Quit option.
Repair Mac OS X file permissions, as some Parallels Desktop files may have wrong permissions:
    Open Disk Utility (/Applications/Utilities/).
Select your Mac OS X startup volume (Macintosh HD by default) in the column on the left of the Disk Utility window, then click the First Aid tab.
Click the Repair Disk Permissions button and then restart Parallels Desktop. Thanks!

    Hi Paul Chris,
It's still not working after I repair Disk Permission. This time, my Mac Mini hang & not responding. I can't even run the Activity Monitor to force quit Parallels Desktop. The mac mini freeze, I can't click anything. I had to press the power button on the Mac Mini to restart.

Below is the logs when I do Disk repair.

Hi, Please restart your Mac and follow Add Parallels Desktop in the Firewall and Privacy exception:
    *Open System Preferences.
*Click the Security or Security & Privacy icon.
*Select the Privacy tab > Accessibility.
*Click the lock icon in the preference pane, then enter an administrator name and password.
*Drag and drop Parallels Desktop app (/Applications/Parallels Desktop) in the Allow the apps below to control your computer box.
    *Select the Firewall tab.
    *Click the Firewall Options button
*Click the Add Application (+) button.
*Select the app you want to allow incoming connection privileges for.
    *Click Add > OK.

    Hi Paul Chris,
The solution you provided is not working. Parallels & Mac Mini hang again. Im not able to launch the Activity Monitor to force quit the Parallels, had to press the power button to restart.
Is there a Parallels logs file to troubleshoot this?
