I updated my computer about two weeks ago and I while it was updating it said it was removing files and showed the extensions types but not the file names. I opened up a few folders with current schoolwork and projects and noticed files weren't missing. But I am now going through older folders and noticed that files were indeed deleted. Where can I go to get these files back? Or are they gone forever? They aren't in the recycle bin. Has anyone else had this problem?
Hi JalenG, while updating Parallels Desktop it will never remove or delete any of your personnel files and folder. It only removes the previous builds of Parallels Desktop and installs the new build.
