Parallels Crashes Mac - Windows 10

    Minutes after launching new copy of Windows 10, the Mac goes to a black screen telling me something went wrong and restarts, this happens every time i launch the operating system. I have tried reinstalling a new OS with the same outcome. The ISO is the current version from Microsoft. I have a feeling Paralles isnt handling the ram correctly and is crashing the system, of course im only speculating that this could be the issue though it "seems" likely. Ive checked the ram and all is fine. What should i do?

    Hello Aiden, please be informed that Parallels Desktop 12 Update 1 (12.1.0-41489) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build. Latest version always available here: www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd12 Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools) and let us know how it works.
