It would be a great kindness to have a user level tool that can be run in OS X that provides critical network information that is needed in a VM. Bonus would be another user level tool that presents existing network information in a VM. This would include Name servers, netmask, IP's, NIC info, bridged or shared, traceroute, ping, default router, etc. Extra credit if the information summary can be selected and pasted into these forums as an aid to debugging network problems. Free beer if the tool includes Parallels Preferences and VM configuration values. Free beer and lunch at the Whistle Stop if it can send all the information to an external site via email, and be "prying eyes" safe as to personal information.
