When I attempted to reply to an email from order-support, in the middle of an existing exchange, this morning I get Fri 2007-07-20 10:13:16: [4496:1] <-- 554 <rabendary.tesp.com[64.183.187.9]>: Client host rejected: We aren't accept direct connection not from dedicated SMTP servers. Please use your internet provider SMTP Server. It is impossible for me to "use your internet provider SMTP Server" -- this is a dedicated business account, and the mail server is here. It's been "dedicated" for over ten years. Please ask your server administrator to stop randomly blocking customer messages.
I'm not alone... Apparently Google needs to get a provider with SMTP service, as my gmail account sees the message rejected in the same manner: PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 12): 554 <an-out-0708.google.com[209.85.132.248]>: Client host rejected: We aren't accept direct connection not from dedicated SMTP servers. Please use your internet provider SMTP Server.
