parallels auto-renewal without consent - query

Greetings,
I need urgent help. Even though my paralllels subscription was deactivated on May 18, 2023, I was charged for 2 licenses today all of a sudden, for Parallels Pro for Mac versions for CAD 343 . Even when I login into my account, there is no subscription / transaction history associated or any record of this activity. I do not understand why was I charged for subscription for an account I already deactivated 2 1/2 years ago and never even logged into the platform.
