Parallels, APC UPS, graceful shutdown of VM

    I have a APC UPS connected to my Mac running High Sierra.
    In Parallels I have a denian VM, and a Windows XP VM.
    On a power failure I want „graceful" shutdown the VMs. How can I do this?
