Does anyone know if Parallels USB Support, supports Philips Pronto remotes??? I installed the prontoproedit software. Windows recognizes the remote as a USB device but it will not let me import or export files to the remote. I get an eror saying that my remote is not a supported device. Im not sure if it just will not work using Parallels or if I'm doing something wrong. It never worked on my old mac using VirtualPC either Thanks
...not working here either ... MUST BE a Parallels problem ... Read info in remotecentral.com where people reported NO PROBLEMS when using BootCamp ... There is a "USB-Bridging-problem" someone said!?
No luck here either Hey, Parallels! We could really use a hand here. The Pronto 7500 is a USB 1.1 device and works perfectly under Bootcamp! This is the one reason I need to use Windows at all and would love a solution to this.
