Parallels and Parallels Backup in Documents Folder?

    I'm trying to clear some room off my MacBook Pro and I noticed not only is Parallels Desktop and Parallels in my Applications folder where I would expect them, I also found Parallels and Parallels Backup folders in my Documents folder.

    Is this necessary? We're talking 37.84 GB for Parallels and 13.94 GB for Parallels Backup in the Documents folder. Can I safely trash these and just keep Parallels and Parallels Desktop in Applications folder?

    13.94 is original Backup for Virtual machine,
