Parallels and Mac M1 - Windows Enterprise

What's up! Does anyone know if there's a version of Windows 10 Enterprise that can run on the M1 Macs? Even with this latest release of Parallels 18? I mean, we're willing to check out Windows 11 Enterprise, but we can't seem to find a solid working version of that either! They all either crash and boot into Windows Advanced options, or blue screen on us. OOF! Whats everyone else doing? We can't be the only ones this this kind of requirement? Pro, Business and Home just won't cut it.
