I am having issues getting Parallels Access to work on my MacBook. I received an email that said "Your computer RitasMac has been successfully registered for use with Parallels Access." Tried everything I can think of and I need help. I tried to contact Parallels for Support via phone call and chat but both timed out! Is there no way to get help with this? I have a project that needs to be finished by Thursday!
