    Hi everyone
I have been using Parallels 9 for a very long time to play some Windows only games on my Mac.
However, today I have come across an error I have no idea how to fix.
Before anyone tells me to "search Google" or this forum first, I already have and followed every step but still no fix.
Whenever I start my Virtual Machine, I get an error saying "Unable to connect to Hard Disk 1, corrupted, or another program running, etc". When I click "Run anyway," it requests me to input a windows CD or something like that which I don't have?
How can I fix my Parallels 9 and go back to what it was?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Pav100,
It looks like Windows is corrupted. Virtual hard disk gets corrupted after Mac hard reboot when the virtual machine was in running state. Please try this solution and check how it goes!
