Parallels 9, Mavericks, and Net Boot to Win7

Hello,

I need to setup 2 computers with Parallels and Win7. One is Mac OS X 10.8.5 with Parallels 8. We use an enterprise license for Win 7 and get the OS off a LANDesk server via net boot. That worked fine. The other is a new MacBook Air running OS X 10.9 Mavericks and a newly purchased license for Parallels 9. Using the same procedure to setup the networking this second install fails to connect via DHCP to the LANDesk server. I've tried everything I could think of to config the networking but nothing works. Anyone have experience with this? I could use some suggestions. Thank you.
