So I've been using parallels for a year or two now to screen capture an online presentation that I admin on the OSX side. Recently I've been having trouble with camtasia just stopping recording part way through until the computer is reset. I'm unsure if this an issue with parallels or win8 with parallels. I also have an issue with the editor when I try to put in a png or jpg to the video track while using the VM it will stop working and I cannot save my project in camtasia. Camtasia has no trouble at all when on non-virtualized windows however. Looking for help on this as this is my primary use of parallels. I'd like to keep it working rather than go to a bootcamp install that I have to restart to use.
