Dear all,
I have been testing Parallels 6 on 10.6.4 with XP SP3 as a guest OS.
The 10.6.4 client is bound to an Open Directory Master (Mac OS 10.6.4 Server) and has managed preferences for applications.
The virtual machine is configured to not share applications and be isolated from the Mac. However, if I try and launch IM or Windows Explorer, then the Mac starts complaining that I don't have permission to launch IM or Windows Explorer.
Uninstalling Parallels 6 and re-installing Parallels 5 seems to fix the issue.
Is anyone else having this issue with managed preferences or parental controls ? It looks like a bug in V6.
Thanks
Gen
