OS X started spitting kernel panics after I installed Parallels build 3188. This is the first time I run/installed Parallels and also about the first time I've experienced kernel panics. I've got 4 panics in 4 days, I don't think Parallels was running at any of these times (2 of these times I'm sure it wasn't). I looked in panic.log for the for the exact times that the panics occurred and checked in system.log to see what happened at that time. At the time of all panics there was the message "kernel[0]: [Parallels] Parallels Workstation Hypervisor started." I attached the whole panic.log and parts of the system.log. In system.log I've cut out the parts around the time when these panics occured and I put two "!!" (without the quotation marks) in the beginning of the lines that has the exact same time as the panics. Any clues appreciated. Is this a Parallels problem?
From what I understand (partly based on this blog post), repairing permissions wouldn't fix this, or most other problems. But sure, I can try.
