    Hello,

    you can check this article to solve the issue.
    And please go to the Apple ->System Preferences ->Network menu.
    What colour is Parallels NAT port status indicator?

    Best regards,
    Alicia.

    Hello Blekm,

    Please update to the build 5584.

    If you still can not get network connection after update, please let me see the output of these commands:

    ifconfig from Mac Terminal (Applications -> Utilities);
    ipconfig /all from Windows CMD (Start -> Run -> CMD);
    tracert www.parallels.com from Windows CMD.

    Just copy the output into your next post.

    Best regards,
    Xenos

    Hello Blekm,

    Thank you for the output of "ipconfig /all" and "tracert".

    You run "ipconfig" instead of "ifconfig" in Terminal. Please let me see the ifconfig output.

    Best regards,
    Xenos

    Hello Blekm,

    You can try the following with Host-only networking:

    1. In Configuration Editor, Network Adapter section, set your VM to "Host-Only" networking (mind that "Enabled" and "Connect cable at startup" settings should be checked too).

    2. Go to Mac OS X System Preferences -> Sharing -> Internet.

    3. Set "Share your connection from" to your Internet connection interface.

    4. Enable "Parallels Host-Guest Adapter" (also may be called "EthernetAdaptor (en2)") in "To computers using" list.

    5. Click the "Start" button. If you have Mac Firewall running, you need to check "Personal Web Sharing" in the list of allowed services (or just disable the Firewall).

    6. Check your VM's Internet connection. You may need to reboot your Mac.

    To find out why Shared Networking does not work, I would like to get the output of the same commands when Shared Networking is set in your VM Configuration Editor.

    Best regards,
    Xenos
