parallels 3.0 5608 uninstall: where to get dmg file?

Hi,

To uninstall I need the dmg file used to install which unfortunately I don't have around anymore. Where can I get this?

My version is 3.0 - Build 5608 - June 9, 2008.

The download link, from the purchase message from 2008, is the following. It doesn't work now though.

But the specific file I would have used to install in 2008 is not here. There's a 3.0 5608 British English file but I would have used an American English file. Will the uninstaller in the British English dmg file work for me, to completely uninstall? Or where can I get right dmg file?
