Parallels 20.4.1 and Windows 11 ARM Networking Conflict

After upgrading to the latest version, I am having the following problem on my ARM Mac. I use Cisco VPN within my Windows 11 ARM. At some point, networking in MacOS will be blocked and my ExpressVPN will disconnect, and I will not be able to connect to the Internet at all. This usually seems to happen when the Cisco VPN disconnects or the Windows 11 VM goes to sleep.

It seems like the Parallels network layer is interfering with MacOS network layer. Parallels Network shows up as Shared, but I thought that I manually set it up differently a few years back, so that the VM would have a separate IP. I don't remember and cannot find any notes on it. However, I haven't changed anything except upgrading to 20.4.1.
