Parallels 19.2 loads Windows 11 with a black screen

    Upon installing Parallels 19.2.0 I(57363) have no access to windows 11. Is there some sort of setting that I need to modify because I've been groping for a few hours with no success.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please carry out the following steps as a possible solution:
    1. With the virtual machine running, click on "Actions" in the top menu bar > select "Reset".
    2. Once done, install Parallels Tools: in the top menu, click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools, wait for the installation to finish, and restart the virtual machine.

    If the issue persists, please collect a technical report (click on the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this e-mail
