Parallels 17- windows 11 insider prev 64 weird internet connection + TPM Chip is not working

Hi,
I have just updated parallels 16 to 17 and downloaded windows 11 insider prev 64. The internet connection seems te be lost and the is nearly a possibility to click on the settings..

TPM chip: TPM data has been encrypted- the password is kept in the mac OS keychain.

Im using this on one PC. I have already followed the steps: Icloud- keychain.

Is somebody having the same problem?
