Parallels 17 Full License is not accepting activation

    Hi,
    I tried to use parallels version 17 today an on start it shows the activation window. I own 5 separat permanent full licenses from version 12 to 17 but in the window after registering into my account it shows 5 parallels 17 keys. When I select the correct parallels 17 key it ist detected as upgrade licenses and asks me to type in the other key. But I have no other key because this is a full version not an upgraded. I've tried for testing all my other keys from the earlier versions but no key works. So now I'm no longer able to use my parallels / windows and waste my time on a sunny sunday an getting angry on the missing support from parallels.
    Beside this and due to the fact that I have some older full versions of parallels for Mac. what is the oldest version I can use for a new upgrade license for the new parallels 19 version and is it possible to set the version/key which I would like to upgrade. because I don't want to upgrade my latest version 17. I started the purchase process for the 19 upgrade but canceled it while PayPal wants to buy because there was noch information which of my licenses/versions gets the upgrade or is eligible for the upgrade.

    Is there an email or contact option where I can find real support from parallels? I'm not able to use it because my licenses keys are no longer accepted?

    I uninstalled all and tried the new version 19 for trail but I don't have 14 days, the installation wants directly a key. There is something really wrong with the authentification process and key validation server?

    This error message ist outrages! I've paid for 5 permanent licenses in the last years and because parallels managed to block me from licensing to force me in the subscription?

    support is not available for me when following your steps. email is deactivated and phone behind a paywall.

    I have send the asked informations in the private message but didn't get an answer? What is the current status as I can see, that others in this forum have the same problem with the registration server accepting valid license keys?

    Additionally, you do not have the email support option, since Parallels Desktop 17 has reached end of email support as from 10-Aug-2023.
    You have a permanent license for Parallels Desktop for Mac, you are eligible for phone and chat support for 30 days after the license registration and email support for 24 months from the Parallels Desktop version release date. Visit KB 123560 to check free email support availability for your version.

    Thank you for your help, I was able to activate my parallels installation with my key now.
