I installed a VM of Sonoma on my M1 Max. Install went smooth as expected. I was going to try and install the Beta of Sequoia but it said I did not have enough hard drive space in the VM. Computer itself has over 200+ gigs free. I thought it would be like my Windows VM where I can just shut it down, go to the gear and adjust the hardware settings from there. No gear icon, and I can't right click on the VM and configure. I thought maybe it was something to do with Parallels Tools so I load up the Mac VM and select reinstall Parallels tools. All this does is open a folder called Recent. Nothing downloads, nothing comes up to install.

So the simple question is, how can I give a Mac OS VM more hard drive space without having the ability to change any of the hardware settings for that Mac VM?
