Parallels 17.1.7 issues

Hey I have version 17.1.7 and i cant get anything to work.

Windows gets the no boot device error, thats using the built in tool or downloading direct from MS. apparently my only way its to download 23h2 from 3rd party site?

I cant use the built int "free systems" due to it thinking my mac is offline. apparently this is a known bug

I also find it crazy that I'm getting pop ups to upgrade but this version is apparently bjorked anyway.

If anyone knows a fix please let me know
