Parallels 16.5 on Mac OS 11.2.3 Freezing.

    Parallels opens and launches Windows 10 but completely freezes. Can not launch any app or open the Start Menu. Sticks on blue spinning circle.
    I've ran Parallels for several years and generally have not had any issues.
    I have restarted a few times and nothing improves. Any ideas?
