I was using parallels 9 and decided to trial version 11.
During the installation of the trial version of parallels 11, the program automatically deleted my existing version of parallels 9, although it kept the virtual machines.

If I decide not to upgrade to version 11 what happens after the 14 days and how do I revert to my parallels 9 installation ?

Also, when running Windows 10 in coherence mode how do I find and right click on the Windows start button ?
Apologies if that should be in a new thread.
    Thank you

Hi Ben, if you install Parallels Desktop 11 you cannot use the Parallels Desktop 9, but once you would like to revert back you may install the 9 version using the installation file which you already had in your downloads or use this KB to download one of the previous version.
If you would like to click on the start button in the Coherence mode you may just click on the VM icon in Dock

    Hello Maria,
Thanks for your answer and pointing me to the KB with download links for older parallels versions. Excellent ! Those downloads are so useful it is a pity they are not easily accessable from the main parallels web page. Glad parallels keeps them available and also when I checked my account it listed my old license number. Thats a relief because I didn't know the old installation would be removed.
Also, to help others with finding the windows 10 start button in coherence mode , what I eventually had to do was to was two finger click the VM Icon (as you said) then from the view menu select show windows task bar. This then puts a small windows start button in the gap to the left of the task bar. Maybe obvious to everyone else , but I didn't see it for a while :)
