First off, I just want to say how impressed I am with the beta so far. You've found another customer here. :)

Now that we've got the kudos out of the way, some constructive criticism...I've found that the video drivers installed with the Parallel tools actually degraded the performance of the video compared to running it without them. I'm running Windows XP SP2 on a MacBook Pro on OS X 10.4.6 and the video was running quite comfortably in Windows without any drivers at all. I installed the Parallel tools and then noticed that the menus would render noticably slower than before. It's still quite usable, but things definitely looked better without the driver. However, you can't install the nice little mouse tool without the video driver, so I had to rollback to a point without any of those drivers.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks,
    B
