Parallel DP Not Starting due to Security

Require help for following situation:
> Upgraded to Mojave from High Sierra
> Parallel DP not starting, with message in window, "To run virtual machines, please allow the Parallels components to load on your Mac"
> Confirmed Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, "allow" is set for "Parallels Inc."
> Tried removing "Parallels Inc." under Preferences > Security...., and adding back in, but no change in behaviour
Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Should be an easy fix from my understanding of things... But it ain't easy...
