Parallel Desktop on mac mini server

hello all,

is it possible to install a parallel desktop on mac mini server?
As i want to use the server services and some windows application together with the mac mini

Or are there any way around, like buying the mac mini server, reinstall lion, and host lion server/win 7 as guest?

The specs on the mac mini are better with i7 and 2 hard drives, so, altogether cheaper

please kindly let me know!
