Hello, My Parallel desktop is not working anymore, and I get this image on the screen. For some reason, it's in French. I understand that I the bottom it says to pass on F8 to access to restart parameter, but when I press on F8, it does not work. This has been like this for months now. Can someone help me please? Hi ZikraT, The Windows 10 Insider Preview virtual machines might be created with the build number 98xx, which is expires and the virtual machine cannot be booted henceforth. Please refer to this article to know more about the error message. To resolve the issue, we would like you to create a new Windows 1o virtual machine and follow this article to mapped the hard disk from the corrupted one.
Hello Paul, Thank you for your reply. I tried the instructions that were given to me, but it did not work. Can I bring my computer somewhere in Dallas, Texas for them to fix it for me?
