Paralells 2.2 on FC6 FATAL: Error inserting hypervisor *URGENT*

Ok...been struggling with this...days of struggle, but I think I'm close...
I made the changes to the prlnet.c Now I'm getting the following error....

Compiling Parallels Workstation 2.2 drivers...
Drivers have been compiled successfully.
Installing drivers...
Starting drivers...
Loading Parallels Workstation 2.2 hypervisor ...
FATAL: Error inserting hypervisor (/lib/modules/2.6.19-1.2911.6.5.fc6/kernel/drivers/misc/parallels/hypervisor.ko): Operation not permitted
Can not load hypervisor module.
Parallels Workstation drivers were successfully configured
and compiled but cannot be started (insmod command failed).
Run 'dmesg' command for more information.
I hope someone has some thoughts on this...please help, Bob
