Having the same problem. I updated the payment method but the licence won't restart. And since i dont have a licence I can't contact support either!
Im trying to prolong my Parallels license sind Nov 2023 now. And it still does not work neither with CC nor with Paypal. No mails no booking on my bank account, no info about. What can I do more to get a my license? Please help!
